(More customer reviews)i have been using the McKenzie Night Roll for 10 years to relieve my lower back pain and it really works! I have collapsed or bulging discs in L1 - L5. I can not sleep comfortably through the night without it. With it, I wake in the morning with considerably less lower back pain. Without it, I am struggling to move about.
I strongly recommend this item to anyone who has the problems I have with lower back pain.
