(More customer reviews)My fiance and I both tried this pillow out and neither of us liked it. We both have some tightness in our necks, and I'm even going to the chiropractor for mine. When I laid on the pillow, it took me a while to find a comfortable position, but to get the back area supported correctly, my neck had to hyperextend. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't stand it. It gave me a headache. My fiance didn't like it because it made the blood rush to his head. Stretching the neck is one thing, but having it lay completely cranked backward isn't exactly a nice feeling.

(More customer reviews)My wife and I are making our first trip to Europe so we thought these items might be nice to bring on the aircraft.
At first, it was a mystery how to put the pillow back into the included carrying case. The answer is you just stuff it back in. The pillow will swishes easily so it fits in the little pouch. We also bought the pillow cover for this which is nice and soft. After experimenting, we found the easiest thing to do was leave the pillow in the pillow cover and stuff that in one of my shoulder bag compartments along with the Cocoon blanket. Everything compresses so well it hardly takes up any room.
The blanket itself it amazingly small when stuffed in its pouch. Yet it does a nice job of giving you a little something to cover yourself up with. The blank material feels like it's made of the same material used to make a extra heavy tee shirt. It's a good choice of material for a blanket.
All in all, this will help make the best of those small economy class seats so we can get some rest on our journey.

(More customer reviews)I love these Hugger Mugger pranayama pillows! I bought my first one 4 years ago after open lung surgery. I used it to open up my lungs. Even after 4 years of use (and abuse), it is in excellent condition! I use it lengthwise under my spine to relax as I open my lungs at night before retiring. I use it crosswise under my shoulders/neck/thoracic spine when I need to release muscle tension. I also use it lengthwise down the spine for reclining hero's pose!
I have purchased 3 more to keep in my bedroom so that I can have a superb relaxation time in supported baddha konasana before retiring. I will put one lengthwise for my spinal (lung) opening and one under each thigh (near the buttocks) to support my legs in baddha konasana (with a 10' strap to hold my feet in place). This is absolute relaxation..IMHO!
I am seriously considering buying a 5th so that I can have 2 in my exercise room (downstairs).

So, rather than providing soothing neck support my head falls into the middle at a stretched and very uncomfortable angle.
Additionally the pillow is not just firm but HARD. It is completely un-fluffable and impossible to mold into any position that is not painful.
Huge waste of money.
I am currently using the pillow to prop up my old pillow for reading and plan to throw it away or donate it to a friend's cat as soon as I find a replacement.

Hugger Mugger Zen Pillow - Choice Review

(More customer reviews)This is a great pillow and sits you up high enough to take off any strain from your back when you meditate. It's firm but shapes to your body perfectly so sitting on it for long periods is comfortable. It seems well constructed, but if it falls apart in the next few weeks I'll let you know! The pillow IS the "plum" color and not the tan as seen in the photo.
It was too full for me so I emptied out some of the husks which was very easy to do. This ability to adjust it is a good feature.
Just a warning for people ordering from Canada, the price more than doubled after adding in all the shipping costs and conversion rate, but I couldn't find anything else like it so decided to swallow the extra cost. So far it has been worth the cost.

Yogitoes Premium Shiva Pillow Review

(More customer reviews)I'm a fan of the Yogitoes products (except the yoga bag) and received the Shiva Pillow as a gift. It took a while for me to take it into my hot yoga class but now I love it! It makes savasana much more comfortable on my back when I put the pillow at the base of my skull (under my neck). It really helps to take some of the stress from my lower back.
It's also great for camel or any other pose that requires being on your knees. I wish I had 2 of them but I think it's a bit pricey so I use a folded towel for one knee and the pillow for the more sensitive knee.
It's also great for child's pose, just to rest your forehead slightly higher on the pillow vs the ground.
Overall, I would recommend it and would have given it 5 stars had the price not been a factor.
The pillow is very dense and squishy (like memory foam)... but one minor complaint I have is that the cover is a bit of a pain to get off/on to wash. I wish they would make the zippered part about another inch longer.

NEMO Fillo Backpacking Pillow Review

(More customer reviews)A pillow might seem like a frivolous luxury item to take camping (especially when you're watching every ounce in your backpack), but for me a good night's sleep is well worth a few extra ounces on my back. However, it's simply not practical to bring a bulky full-sized pillow on the trail. I've found that makeshift pillows made from stuff sacks filled with spare clothes really just don't cut it (maybe because I sleep on my side?). Lightweight, small-sized camp pillows have their drawbacks: the inflatable ones feel like sleeping on a balloon, and the airtight material they're made of can be noisy, sweaty, and irritating against your face, especially after a few days of not shaving. The more "pillow-like" camp pillows have been either too bulky to fit in your pack or too thin to be worth the effort.
I was intrigued when I read about the Nemo Fillo, and I bought one for a week-long backpacking trip through the Yellowstone backcountry. It performed admirably on the trail, and I'm really pleased with it. When inflated, it's about half the size of (and a little thinner than) a regular pillow, but the size was adequate for me. It has an inner inflatable chamber layered with about an inch of soft "memory foam", covered in a microfiber pillowcase. The back of the pillowcase has stretchy shock cord webbing so you can increase its height using spare clothes or a towel - good for those with broad shoulders. It was very comfortable, and the foam provided a "sink-in" pillow feel. It combines the loft and cushion of an inflatable pillow with the soft plush feel of a "regular" pillow, yet packs down (in its own built-in stuff sack) to a tiny size that was barely noticeable in my pack.
My only gripe is the price - definitely a little spendy for a mere pillow, but hopefully it will last for many trips to come.

Intex Deluxe Pillow Rest Rising Comfort Queen Review

(More customer reviews)After one night, I am very pleased with this airbed. The size is perfect and my standard queen sheets fit on it quite well. I use an egg crate foam pad between the bed and sheet to keep from getting too cold from the cold air in the bed.
The air channels on this bed are different than any I've ever slept on. As you can see in the photo, there are long channels of air (similar to a pool float) and this did take a little getting used to, but the foam pad helped a lot to minimize this. I would not recommend this bed unless you plan to put some sort of mattress pad on it. This bed has a built-in pillow, so they say. I would say that it is an end of the bed that is raised more than the rest of the bed, but you'll probably still need a pillow for more comfort, however, in a bind, I think you could go without.
The built-in electric pump worked perfectly and quietly as stated and bed was inflated in 3 1/2 minutes.
All-in-all, I am happy with my purchase and will update if anything goes awry. Comparable beds sell at local department stores for $70 and up, so if you get it cheaper than that, you are getting a deal.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this pillow for hiking. It's not particularly good for the purpose. It scrunches down (if you use the pull-cord to wrap around the pillow in the same manner it comes shipped) to maybe half its full size. The cover material feels nice, as does the filling, but the pillow is very unsupportive. For a side sleeper, no matter how I bundled it up, it was worthless. Even as a neck pillow for laying in a hammock and reading it provided very little support. Considering its size and weight, you really don't get much at all. It might be of use for airplane or car travel, but that's about it.

This is the perfect bed in my opinion and I recommend it to everyone who has back problems. I bought this 12 inch INTEX 6 years ago and put in on a platform bed. It's the best bed I ever slept on. I used it every night for six years before one of the innner compartments failed. I am rather heavy too. I couldn't find another in the stores here, so I bought a 9 inch COLEMAN at Walmart. Wasn't the same and I started getting a backache from the change of the mattress. I then found a 9 inch INTEX. That isn't as nice as the 12 inch, but much better than the COLEMAN. I now ordered the 12 inch INTEX and wish I had saved myself the money and aggrevation of trying something else. LOVE this bed and if I get 6 years out of this mattress for 40 some dollars, I am well ahead and well pleased. I used to turn a lot in my bed and now can fall asleep on my back (I am a side sleeper) and wake up hours later refreshed and still in the position I fell asleep in. It's just wonderful.
