(More customer reviews)I bought this for husband who uses a CPAP machine b/c of sleep apnea. He needs the pillow to support his neck, which is sensitive b/c he had a cervical discectomy and fusion surgery about 5 years ago as well. He can sleep comfortably and has no trouble with the machine, either. One suggestion is to buy an extra pillowcase, however. When you need to change the pillowcase, you have to wash it the same day unless you have a spare.
