(More customer reviews)I have had one of these for a few years now. I bought one when I had some bad back pain due to 4 herniated discs. I use mine in my car and bring it in to work every day. I purchased this one for my father who started to have back problems. When he got it and started using it (at home, in the car, etc.) he said he started to feel relief right away. All chairs, car seating, and sofas have poor designs for correct back support. This does the trick. I personally remove the positioning strap as it just got in teh way for me.
