For many years I suffered from acute and chronic migraine due to my C2 & C3 issues in my neck. I very seldom ever wake up with migraines now and when I am stiff and sore in my neck and or shoulders I find this pillow a benefit in alleviating the pain while I sleep. To anyone that suffers migraine I would personally reccommend this pillow. It's truly been a life changing experience for me. I can now live without constant fear of waking up in pain.
