(More customer reviews)The pillow is very comfortable and has a plushy cover. However, when I pump air into the core, the pillow doesn't seem to change in any way, either in height or firmness. My old one that I lost in a flood, was much better in that it adjusted nicely with the pump. If the air core is what makes it expensive, then don't waste your money.
