(More customer reviews)I bought this bolster about 5 years ago and it's still almost as good as new. I use it almost daily and the seams are perfect, the inside filling is still firm, and the handle on the end makes it easy to move around.
I use it for several things. One is support in yoga poses such as legs-up-the-wall, as well as under the length of my spine while in resting poses. I feel it gives more support for the spine in some poses than the round bolsters do. Although the round bolsters are fine for certain things, I feel they tend to flatten out over time, so might as well buy one that shape to begin with! Another way I use this is for support behind my back when I sit on my couch.
This bolster is the support for my all time favorite restorative pose: I put a block under the head end and then lie along the bolster with my legs up on the couch, so my head and legs are up, my low back has a pleasant arch, and my bottom is on the floor. Also, when I can't sleep at night, that's the pose I do and it usually helps me fall back to sleep.
Thinking of these poses makes me want to do them now!
This is a high quality bolster and worth every penny.
