(More customer reviews)I had two abdominal surgeries in a row leading to extremely weakened stomach muscles. The first surgical incision herniated, hence the need for some type of abdominal support. Although listed as a back support, it is an excellent abdominal support as well. It has several plastic stays along the back portion of the belt which keep it from rolling or otherwise bunching up which is very important. It stays in place. Provides plenty of support while remaining very comfortable to wear, even if worn 24/7.
