(More customer reviews)Possibly one of the worst products I've ever purchased. I was walking through the store one day with a back ache, and this product looked decent. It was cheap so I figured I'd give it a try.
It is totally worthless. The "massage" function is one little buzzing motor. The motor is rated at 1 ant-power (comparable to horsepower).It doesn't do anything besides buzz. No hope of getting any kind of massage action out of it.
And the lumbar support... total joke. Remember Reebok Pumps? Same mechanism here, you have to PUMP up a little inflatable balloon!
Save your money for something else. I'm going to return it.
