(More customer reviews)This is a rating of the purchase experience. I did not keep the Back Brace, I returned it. I was very disappointed in the return agreement. After HPMS deducted a 20% restocking fee, and the csot of free shipping, minus my return shipping costs, I spent over $15.00 to "try" this product. I have never had such an experience with an Amazon purchase. HPMS has covered themselves by saying they state their policies, but I think it is unclear, when you are ordering. I certainly would not knowing have placed this order if I understood their return policies .
