(More customer reviews)This item advertised that it was deep kneading. It is horrible, very superficial massage - do not get into the tissue. I wanted to get the lower part of my back so I had to bend forward in order to feel it... This is not the idea. It also advertised that it helps with posture; quite to the contrary.
