(More customer reviews)My chiropractor recommended this item to help relieve a pinched nerve in my neck. While I would prefer to be able to lay down while using it (too uncomfortable), I do like the fact that I can walk around rather than being tethered to the door like other contraptions do. I found that the best way to use this is if you've got 10 - 15 minutes where you can watch TV or a movie...something that will keep you still and keep your eyes level. Reading doesn't work because you focus downward, which makes your chin tilt. Leaning back against the couch was what worked for me, and the ability to adjust the pressure like a blood pressure cuff made it easy enough to provide some traction to the neck while also avoiding the chin pain the other reviewer mentions.
