YogaAccessories (TM) Silk Neck Pillow Review

I give this product 4 stars because it is well made and has so much buckwheat hulls. buckwheat hulls can be hard when packed tightly. I took some of the buckwheat hulls out to get the desired softness/hardness of the pillow. People who are not familiar with buckwheat might be surprised at the hardness of a packed buckwheat hull product. Just take some out and you will be very happy. this is an excellent, reasonably priced product.

Yoga Direct Silk Neck Relaxation Pillow Review

I have these in every color. They are all comfortable and beautiful. Depending on your body structure, you may need to remove some of the cotton batting.
The pillow works well for me when I have my hair pulled back. However, if my hair is loose, I sometimes need to remove some of the cotton.
The silk finish feels great against my neck, especially during savasana or restorative yoga.

Oriental Neck Therapy - Genuine Dr. Bob's Portable Neck Traction - The Original Portable Neck Traction Review

Oriental Neck Therapy - Genuine Dr. Bob's Portable Neck Traction - The Original Portable Neck Traction
Average Reviews:

My chiropractor recommended this item to help relieve a pinched nerve in my neck. While I would prefer to be able to lay down while using it (too uncomfortable), I do like the fact that I can walk around rather than being tethered to the door like other contraptions do. I found that the best way to use this is if you've got 10 - 15 minutes where you can watch TV or a movie...something that will keep you still and keep your eyes level. Reading doesn't work because you focus downward, which makes your chin tilt. Leaning back against the couch was what worked for me, and the ability to adjust the pressure like a blood pressure cuff made it easy enough to provide some traction to the neck while also avoiding the chin pain the other reviewer mentions.

The Original McKenzie Cervical Roll Neck Support #703 Review

The Original McKenzie Cervical Roll Neck Support #703
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
As a trial and at the advice of my physical therapist, I used a rolled-up towel inside my pillow case as a temporary cervical neckroll. While this definitely helped, the towel would compress, as you would expect, and in the course of a night's sleep, the support benefit would be lost. The McKenzie Cervical Roll restores its shape beautifully, and provides excellent--yet comfortable--neck support for both back and side sleepers. I haven't done it yet, but I think it would also be very convenient to take along during extended travel, so as not to regress when away from home. If you are unsure if this will help your neck pain, try a rolled towel for a week--and then buy this roll to aid in a long term solution. Highly recommended.
