(More customer reviews)In my opinion, the Velcro belt should go through a metal loop and double back on itself. I threw out my lower back and have tried my traction table, an inversion table, heating pads, portable traction and this belt.
To be honest, I bought this belt to attach it to my inversion table so I don't have to hang by my ankles. A quick trip to a camping store provided the nylon and Fastex fasteners necessary to adapt this belt. It actually works pretty good but with my full body weight the Velcro almost comes loose.
If used as the manufacturer intended, the belt is adequate. Of all of my traction devices, this one is the least effective and requires the most effort.
