(More customer reviews)This was a Christmas gift for my OSU daughter. She LOVES it and couldn't wait to take it back to campus with her. It was firm but it will soften up with usage. She had another cushy pillow a few years ago that got old so I looked for a replacement.
I was impressed with how quickly this pillow arrived after I placed this order.
