I have studied meditation for almost two decades now, and this seat allows me to sit comfortably for a much longer time than any other that I have used. I also have minor knee problems, and this seat takes all of the stress away from that area so one is able to sit for as long as he/she desires. Plus, the buckwheat filling is very comfortable and sturdy; it settles quickly and comforms to the meditator's shape very well. If you are looking for a high quality comfortable zafu, buy this product! It is truly the best that I have ever tried.
