(More customer reviews)The headrest is rather lumpy and not what I had expected when I read "memory foam". I thought it would be a piece of memory foam. The cover is removable for washing, and that's when I saw the mangled mass of foam squashed and twisted and placed in a netting. It is a little big to set between the back of your neck and the car headrest.
Overall, it is usable and does give some comfort, but I've had better ones.

Neck Pillow Review

(More customer reviews)Having used a few different neck pillows, this one distinguishes itself with three particularly nice features.
1. A removable cover. Airplanes are dirty dirty places. The ability to remove the cover and wash it once in a while is invaluable.
2. Self inflation. The pillow is stuffed with highly compressible foam that inflates the pillow very quickly. Sometimes when my recline is limited, I do not inflate the pillow - there's enough foam in there to provide some support.
3. A nifty valve. This is the same valve on my Thermarest Neoair. It's rock solid. It keeps air in while inflated and keeps air out when the pillow is deflated for transport.
While great for the plane, I've recently discovered it's also quite nice for naps in the office.
