(More customer reviews)I bought this bracelet and the necklace to help pain in my neck, left shoulder and elbow. Not only do I get about 80% relief in those areas, the pain in my thumb (feels like maybe carpel tunnel?) is gone. I don't have problems picking up items with my left hand any more. I don't know if it is a placebo effect, but even if it is it is worth the small price. Been wearing this one bracelet for about 4 months.
