(More customer reviews)I use orthopedic tubular cervical pillows for neck support for last 20 years and never seen a new pillow lose its shape so quickly. It is one month after purchase and a pillow is not round anymore, but actually flat (I am 6 foot tall and weigh 185 lbs.). I blame very low quality of polyurethane foam, not to mention a very low quality of cotton cover (I had to make a nice, fit, satin cover myself). But, hey, what do you expect for USD 19? Do not buy it - that is my recommendation.

(More customer reviews)Not as good as the occipital pivot, which actually works better for the upper cervical vertabrae release I'm looking for as I've had neck pain forever. For me, the "fingers" on this one are too low and don't reach the correct places for neck muscles to release.
