(More customer reviews)Other than the solid support, what I like best about this knee brace is the terry lined ventilation. The neoprene on unlined types tend to allow sweat to build up and give me a rash behind my knee but not this one. The extra padding on the front is another smart addition that protects against bumping knees when playing sports (like basketball). I thought I might need an XL but the large fit me just right. Here are the sizes when measuring around your knee:
Small 13"-14"
Medium 14"-15"
Large 15"-17"
X-Large 17"-18"
