(More customer reviews)I am both a physical therapist and a person with back pain. I learned about this product at a continuing education seminar I took for my profession. If you have pain in your butt or low back when sitting, this cushion will make sitting less uncomfortable (note I did not say pain free). People without pain also like it for it's softness. One caution: The cushion is only 13" wide, although it squishes a little wider than that when you sit on it. Therefore, it is not big enough for people with wide hips.
