I use this when sitting on floors, and it is even more comfortable than sitting in a chair, though it works well for sitting in an office chair too. I bought a smaller version for throwing into a purse and for taking on camping trips, outdoor meditation, etc. though this one could easily be thrown into a backpack. It gives total support to the lower back and perfect posture, and the best thing is it takes little effort to use this. Probably the only hassle is taking it on and off when you need to get up to get something. I really had misgivings about how comfortable it would be, and the price seemed steep, but my back and spine are very thankful.
**If you are trying to decide between this style and the smaller style, I would definitely suggest getting this version. The wider back really makes a difference in comfort. Still, the small version is better than none (if you have a light-to-average build,) and if you'd like to save an extra $20, is still worth it.
