(More customer reviews)It took myself and my husband quite a while to get this brace all hooked up correctly... I would never be able to put it on myself without help. The most irritating problem is that one side is all cushy with that super material, and the other side is just the elastic bands with velcro which end up rubbing and pinching your skin. This also makes you look sort of lop-sided since one side had padding and the other doesn't.
