The four rotating massagers are perfectly spaced to access the areas of the upper, middle, and lower back that tend to hold tension or become knotted. The pillow has an attahced strap that allows you to stand up or sit down while it works its magic. By using it while sitting on a couch, you can control the amount of pressure the massager applies to the back by pinning it between your back and the couch, and moving forward for less pressure and backward for more pressure. It comes with a great little carrying case. This is a great device to use when you cannot always schedule regular massage sessions or between sessions.
