(More customer reviews)One of the better supports I've bought for a strained mid/upper back problem. Supports well. The biggest problem is that the shoulder straps bunch up and become little ropes and uncomfortable. ITA-MED should look at book bags as a model and use heavier, padded straps. Sizes run big.
