(More customer reviews)Purchasing my item from UnbeatableSale has been a nightmare! The estimated delivery time advertised on Amazon is not adhered to. When I called customer service, they were horribly rude to me. A woman named Polly told me that estimated delivery time is written by Amazon, and that they are an outside company and have their own shipping schedule . I ordered my item for a Christmas gift, so I paid for 2-day shipping on December 14, it is now the 29th, and I still don't have my item.
