The minute I tried it, I realized I had A LOT of work to do if I wanted to be limber, balanced and active the older I get. Mostly my job (writer) involves sitting at a desk. Now that I have my balance disc, when I take breaks I stand on this and get my workout without leaving my office. I recommend this disc to anyone who wants to improve their balance. I also use it in my chair. It gives a core workout while I'm sitting there writing stories.
