(More customer reviews)The package arrived on a rainy day. Whoever delivered it did not protect it with plastic. To add insult to injury, the pillow was not wrapped in plastic within the box. When I picked the box up, it fell apart. The pillow, which bears a tag with instructions to "spot clean" was soaked. I sent an email with the company asking how to return the pillow and get a replacement issued and have not received a respoonse...now weeks later.
The pillow is much smaller than I expected.
